We're excited to work with a Sr. Software Project Manager for our Vehicle Software Team, who is a proven leader, disciplined, and pragmatic; however, not afraid to take risks, push for the optimal solution, or fail. If failure occurs, you can quickly adapt, course-correct, and lead us in the right direction. You're able to dive into the data, confirm the intent and uncover issues. You will own:

• Managing Agile software development for different workstreams.
• Guiding Scrum process, managing backlog and managing risk related to new development.
• Leading Sprint planning.
• Assist in defining and prioritizing project deliverables with leadership.
• Shaping our telematics, cloud, infotainment, and fleet management software release content.
• Leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
• Presenting status information to internal teams. What you "Must" already bring to the table:
  
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management, or technical program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience delivering software products using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing technical projects.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar software project management tools. You will catch our attention even more if you have:
    
    • Experience delivering telematics, automotive technology, or fleet management systems.
    • Experience working with or building APIs.
    • Experience delivering Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
    • Experience with Ruby on Rails, Crystal or Yocto desired.
    • SQL proficiency.
    • Basic understanding of data science models.
    • Experience using application tracing and monitoring products like New Relic APM or similar. Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada.
