DIRECTOR, MARKETING ANALYTICSAUTOMOTIVEHYBRID -PHOENIX$145,000-160,000THE COMPANY:One of the largest privately owned used car sales and finance companies in the country is looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics to join their team.THE ROLE:As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will be managing and developing a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will have ample experience in making data drive decisons that drive economic return from ad spend analysis.Specifically, you can expect to do the following:

• Measure, interpret, and design experiments to determine marketing strategy efficacy
• Connecting business data with marketing data ( paid search, display, digital video, SEO, and e-mail
• Work cross-functionally with marketing strategists, business intelligence, project managers, and senior leadershipYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, CIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in a supervisory role - managing or mentoring analysts
  • Expert in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools
  • Passionate about analytics & measurement strategy
