physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical
Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support
staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group
has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides
more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical
services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal
academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily
involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84
medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows
throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are
complemented with translational and bench research to augment

Services Department has an opportunity for a Manager IDX Business
Operations to join our team! Provides oversight of the revenue
cycle reporting and business analytics and ensures all technical
and functional characteristics of the IDX revenue cycle financial
applications are effectively configured (patient account, billing,
EDI, ETM, etc.). Manages a team of business and reporting analysts
and leads/coordinates multi- level team efforts in conjunction with
leadership and employees of Dignity Health Revenue Cycle teams to
provide business liaison services, reporting and analytics to
support their overall department success. Supervises and
collaborates with the analyst team who is responsible for
supporting the goals and objectives of all Revenue Cycle
departments/teams through effective use of Revenue Cycle
applications/technology. The position will serve in a consultative
role as a liaison, facilitator, driver of change, communicator
across Revenue Cycle Operations. Working collaboratively with
business stakeholders and the system configuration team, the
position is key to effectively utilize people, processes and
technology to reduce errors, reduce rework, improve through-put,
accelerate cash flow and increase net revenue.Responsibilities
Include:Assist with coordination of administrative aspects of
projects, which may include such areas as: budgeting, scheduling,
month-end processing, project accounting, reporting, cash
management and participates in monthly proactive project
reviews.Works with senior leadership and executive teams in the
business decision making process by providing financial modeling,
forecasting, and analytics.Generate reports summarizing financial
data for use by executives, managers and other stakeholders when
making business decisions.Assists in the decision-making processes
for various business needs.Direct preparation of studies, reports,
analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts,
financial plans, statistical reports, and business
forecasts.Coordinate with all levels of management to gather,
analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial
plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.Support
periodic processes, including quarterly forecasting, long range
planning, and annual budgeting, along with related coordination and
communication to business partners and executives.#LI-DHEducation
and Experience:3 or more years performing businessreporting and
financial analytics, cost accounting, budgeting, and/or
forecasting.Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Accounting, Economics or related field from an accredited college
required.Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or
related field Masters of Business Administration in Finance from an
accredited college preferred. Lower division coursework in
healthcare administration preferred.
