life's best work.(sm) The Program Manager is primarily responsible
for providing general project management and communications support
to Medicare Medicaid Plans level of business, not limited to but
including a special focus on driving employee experience and
transition/change management initiatives connected with said
engagements, follow up on regulatory adherence and plans of
correction. If you are located within Harris County, TX you will
have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough
challenges. - Primary Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Project management: Track action items, request follow ups, and
take follow-up actions to support project deliverables (i.e. State,
Federal, or within organization) -
- Communicate ongoing updates to all market HSD/HSM to ensure
understanding of and alignment with project status/changes
- Develop presentation materials and briefings for any internal
or external audit findings, and developed actionable plans of
correction in partnership with leaders -
- Support the development and delivery of business reports
- Coordinate meetings by preparing and distributing materials,
including agendas, pre-read materials, and minutes
- Business Monitoring: Conduct debrief and educate staff as
necessary; perform monthly chart audits
- Create actionable plans for any identified GAPs from Business
Monitoring/Chart Audits in partnership with market leadership

- Works with senior business leaders to establish migration
roadmap strategy
- Engagement Employee Experience:
- Support the management of employee engagement events and
identify strategies to improve engagement and employee
experience
- Partner with HSM to align, and embed our Diversity & Inclusion
strategy within the teams to foster engagement
- Function as a service coordinator and or interim
manager/supervisor if business presents
- Partner with national training team to solidify MMP -
Medicare/Medicaid Plan information is up to date and on brand with
LOB -

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years work equivalent in the Health care
industry -
- Must be an RN, LVN, SW, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician
Assistant -
- MS Office proficiency particularly PPT and Excel
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

Qualifications:
- Previous MMP clinical role experience
- Previous Managed Care experience -
- Solid presentation, written, and verbal communication skills,
including well-developed interpersonal skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and working across multiple matrixed
