Job Description:
The Director of Guest Experience leads the Herberger Theater
Center's Guest-facing initiatives, ensuring best-in-class Guest
experiences at every touch point in the customer journey. The
Director of Guest Experience (DGE) oversees the Guest Services Team
(Box Office Services Associates, Guest Services Managers,
Coordinator of Volunteers and the Volunteers) and the successful
implementation of the SHOWTIME program to create extraordinary
experiences for all Guests who visit the Herberger Theater Center.
Includes ensuring appropriate coverage for all performances and
events as well as during normal Box Office hours. The DGA works
directly with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the Spotlight
Bar service is an integral part of the extraordinary guest
experience.Reports to President & CEO. A wide degree of creativity
and latitude is expected. Position is full-time, salaried and
exempt. Salary range: $47,000-$51,000 plus benefits package that
includes medical and dental insurance (90%), paid vacation, paid
sick leave, and paid holidays. The Herberger Theater Center is
