Regional Sales ManagerPacific Specialty is a 45 year old family owned, national property & casualty insurance company that operates on an admitted basis in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a growing company that offers a great working environment and excellent benefits package.Job Description:Responsibilities include: Manage assigned agencies/partners to promote positive growth, retention, and loss ratio. This will be accomplished via field visits and telephone. Communicate product and procedure changes to producers. Train producers on our website functionality and products. Support producer inquiries and assist with quote/bind issues. Use report data to formulate comprehensive plan to grow assigned agencies/partners.

Requirements:
