Manage low complexity projects as needed. This position plans, coordinates, and manages daily operational functions of the IT Integration and Data team, including assessment of new requests, coordination with stakeholders, communication with staff, and planning for future initiatives. This position oversees and directs IT Integration and Data staff to assist in the design, development, maintenance, and training for reports, dashboards, interfaces, and clinical alarms. Frequently collaborates with other IT teams, vendors, and other departments to achieve optimum outcomes.Required Qualifications --- Bachelor`s degree in health care, Information Technology, or related field --- Five (5) years of clinical or IT experience in a health care field --- Strong project management skills --- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage by influence --- Excellent oral and written communication skills --- Excellent customer service skills --- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills --- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly --- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as individually --- Disciplined, data-driven approach to decision makingAbout usFor the fifth time, Phoenix Children's Hospital has earned national rankings from U.S. News & World Report's "Best Children's Hospitals" in 10 out of 10 ranked specialties.
