As a Supply Chain Planning System Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to design and develop supply chain planning systems solutions for operational efficiency and scalability. This position is the primary business owner of the Master Planning and Factory Planning applications. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and planning, with a demonstrated ability to lead people and drive effective solutions. The right candidate for this position will thrive in a rapidly evolving, highly dynamic and collaborative environment with a demonstrated passion for results through action.Bachelors / Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree 10+ years relevant supply chain planning systems experience Project Management experience, preferably using Kinaxis/ JDA/BlueYonder planning systems (RapidResponse, Master Planning, Factory Planning, Demand Fulfillment) or similar in Semiconductor or High-tech industry Working knowledge of BOM and supply chain modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to make sound data-driven decisions Proficiency in SQL, EXCEL, Tableau, Qlikview, Confident working in a multinational team environment Strong communications skills to effectively deliver technical details of complex business process to internal peers and external customers
