This role in summary



For this role, you will grow margin, revenue, and share with Retail and Builder accounts in our Arizona market.




Your responsibilities will include





Manage and grow current retail and builder accounts across the Arizona market

Work closely with large contract distributor accounts to identify opportunities in the market

Develop new business partnerships across multiple builder segments

Work cross functionally with operational teams to execute in market

Negotiate, prepare and renew all pricing quotes in market

Contribute to sales team success by sharing market and competitive information on weekly staff calls and at team meetings

Product and brand training

Merchandise trade customer showroom floors

Work from a dedicated home office

Travel within the territory







Minimum requirements





Bachelor's Degree

2+ yearsexperience selling to Account Contract Distributors and/or Residential Builders







Preferred skills and experiences





Familiarity with Single-Family, Multi-Family Residential segments

Familiarity with the retail distribution channel

Track record of sales success

Analytical and negotiation skills

Meet and exceed revenue, profit, and volume goals

Develop and drive sales strategy

Communicator

A "Challenger" mentality
