Job Description:

Title: Project Manager with Change Management Location: PHX, AZ. Responsibilities Ability collaborate with Product Owners to understand and refine the problem being solved, and the desired outcomes for the future state. Ability to understand and revise the personas for the Epic/Feature-request, and incorporate into the development of the User Journey to facilitate the decomposition of the PBI into User Stories. Ability to effectively understand and present complex information, in both oral and written formats. Ability to collaborate with UX designers to create designs based on a User Story---s desired outcomes. Ability to act as a liaison between the business and IT stakeholders. Ability to form a strong, working relationship with the Product Owner; understand the product vision; be able to represent the Product Owner---s vision to the business and IT stakeholders, as needed. Eagerness to contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Ability to extend UX designs into wireframes in support of User Stories
