Overview
What We Need---.
As Manager, Business Intelligence---on the CRI Operational Excellence Team, you will work to strengthen overall business results through the effective management and analysis of data and S&OP planning. Ciox Health continues to focus more on data driven insights and using data to build models that optimize business outcomes and enable better strategic decision making.---The---Manager, Business Intelligence will work to lead data architecture best practices, enhance S&OP development and data modeling efforts. The---Manager, Business Intelligence will work cross-functionally with BI Analysts and the business to gather requirements and communicate findings to help improve our current processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do---. -

• 
  
• The Manager, Business Intelligence will Coach/Develop/Lead a team of analysts, leading -goal setting, S&OP planning, development, and overseeing daily activities and deliverables of the team.
  
• Transform and analyze complex data sets to find insights and make recommendations that help drive business performance.
  
• The Manager, Business Intelligence will Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support analytical and business needs.
  
• Work directly with analysts and business leaders to understand the business problems at hand and propose impactful solutions. -
  
• The Manager, Business Intelligence willDevelop tools that create user friendly automated/self-service solutions to minimize ad hoc customer requests. -
  
• Develop a deep understanding of our vast data sources and identify which to use to solve specific business problems. -
  
• Help define and drive the analytics strategy
  
• The Manager, Business Intelligence will Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
  
• Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
  
• Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency, and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement) -
  
• Work with IT to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning.
  
• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance the S&OP process.
  
  Qualifications
  What you need... -
  
  • 
    
  • The Manager, Business Intelligence will have 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Business intelligence, data engineering, database engineering or business analytics.
    
  • The Manager, Business Intelligence will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large data sets.
    
  • Experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources. -
    
  • Experience with data modeling technique using Python or other programming languages
    
  • The Manager, Business Intelligence will be Proficient using at least one data visualization product (Tableau, Qlik, Amazon -QuickSight, Power BI, etc.)
    
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
    
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other developers for best practices
    
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) or (equivalent experience)

    • The Manager, Business Intelligence will have Healthcare industry experience
