About This Role
We are hiring on our Customer Success team to help us drive
adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy
across your portfolio. We are expanding our team of energetic,
passionate, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Success Managers to
partner with our customers throughout their journey to ensure they
maximize the value of their investment. You will be joining a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you serve as a
trusted advisor to help new customers implement the Crexi platform
into their day-to-day business to achieve ongoing value with the
platform.
What You'll Do
Driving adoption and usage of the product and managing customer
relationships
Strengthens customer relationships to create rapport, resell
product value, reduce churn and maximize conversion
Partner internally with all revenue divisions to identify areas of
potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities and ensure non-event
renewals.
Serve as an important source for information regarding the
customer's business needs and provide customer feedback to for
instance Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
Build relationships with key stakeholders in the customer's
organization to enable a great customer experience and capture any
concerns from a commercial perspective.
Represent Crexi as a domain and product expert in customer
interaction in both customer-facing and internal communities
Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product
functionality
Who You Are
2+ years of customer success experience at a SaaS-based company
A desire to learn a new product and industry and a 'can-do'
attitude
Obsessive problem-solving skills with close attention to detail,
relentless urgency, and follow-through
Ownership of your responsibilities, even in ambiguous
situations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communicator across all mediums (phone, presentation,
email, etc)
Love of process and operations, but can also easily learn and
adapt
Empathetic with a knack for understanding what a customer needs and
why they need it
Strong situation management skills and follow-through
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer success
role
