Job Description:

Each position at DollarDays plays a critical role in the success of the overall business. We are excited to find a passionate and articulate Account Manager to become part of the team! The right candidate is a business development expert who is excited to join our high energy staff and build key customer relationships. For this role, we are looking for a driven leader to sell high value products and ultimately contribute to the greater good of the community.

Key Accountabilities
Build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with customers through consistent partnership & communication
Grow new and existing customer accounts by contributing to our high volume of outbound calls
Develop a deep understanding of your assigned customer base, to become an extension of their team and prepare bi-annual presentations to review internally
Attend industry trade shows to prospect new customers and grow national accounts
Effectively convert leads into customers to meet and exceed sales quotas
Learn our unique value proposition to quickly respond to competitive opposition
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the President, Directors and other Sales Representatives to develop strong sales pitches

We're looking for candidates who are:
Knowledgeable: 3-5 years of Sales, Marketing or Business Development experience, plus Salesforce or CRM knowledge preferred; Exceptional negotiation and networking skills required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) required
Passionate, Proactive & Eager: Constantly seek out opportunities and make recommendations to improve upon the status quo
Problem Solvers: Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions, effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) needed to send clear, correct and effective messaging both internally and externally
Team Players: Comfortable interacting with multiple team members daily and acting responsibly for the greater good of the business, always
Good People : Genuinely motivated to help our customers and make a real difference in the community
