Description -The Product Abuse Team is part of Enterprise
Loyalty Analytics within Global Lending and Cobrand (GLC). This
team is responsible for the identification, prevention, and
recovery of abused or gamed benefits and rewards.
The incumbent will collaborate with a high performing team
responsible of managing the end-to-end Product Abuse Prevention
Strategy ensuring risk management solutions are in place to balance
loss reduction and customer experience. - The incumbent will:
Lead a team of three analystsDevise strategies to uncover and
mitigate emerging abuse and gaming schemesFlawless execution of
actions to prevent and recover abused benefits and rewardsProvide
analytical insight to develop business rules, strategies, and
capabilities to control abuse and gamingCollaborate with wide
variety of partners such as GCSG, GCS, Risk, Marketing, GCO, and
Compliance to derive strategic insights, provide thought leadership
into key findings and actionable recommendations to influence
business strategy.Monitor the impact of abuse controls and develop
strategies to ensure a positive customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications -Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a people leader is a mustDemonstrated
ability to think strategically, assess critical business needs, and
identify solutionsDetail oriented with strong analytical, process
mapping and problem-solving skills SQL experienceExcellent
communication and relationship skills to articulate risk management
concerns and insights Enthusiastic, self-driven individual with
proactive approach to learning, identifying emerging industry
trends, and generating innovative solutions Ability to learn
quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured
initiativesPrevious experience in risk management a plusBachelor's
degree in a business, analytical, or engineering discipline or
equivalent experience required.
