Job Summary

This position will be a key member of the Business Development team and will focus on supporting the growth for our Business Services Division which supports industries such as technology, manufacturing, professional services, retail, and more. The ideal candidate will be a team player and should be motivated by growing the business.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of our offerings, and articulate our value proposition effectively
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and pursue deals in line with company strategies
  • Interface with customers during the sales process through presentations and/or demonstrations of our capabilities and by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Support the creation of pre-sales documents as well as proposals
  • Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by consulting on business needs
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

    Qualifications For Success
    • Strong business acumen and excellent consultative skills, with the proven ability to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve those objectives
    • Three years of professional services sales, account management, or consulting experience, preferably with national B2B accounts, interacting with senior-level stakeholders
    • Experience with sales planning and sales forecasting, with the ability to drive the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal writing to contract negotiation
    • Must be able to work productively in a team environment, as well as autonomously
    • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing and dynamic organization
    • High-level proficiency with MS Office programs and CRM software
    • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field, Masters degree is a plus

      Working Conditions

      Work from home with travel to business meetings and industry events as needed.
