Position: Sales Representative, Territory Manager- Arizona, Las Vegas, New Mexico.--Department: SalesLocation: REMOTE- TRAVEL- Territory:----Arizona- must live in Phoenix or in 45min surrounding areaCompensation structure: Base + Commission + Bonus
Experience: This is an OUTSIDE, HUNTER, SALES role with heavy cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, onsite meetings. Please only apply if you are truly ready for serious hard work and understand you will be in the field majority of the time weekly.

The company strives to enable new emerging surgical procedures and improve existing treatments.--By leveraging its medically-accepted, minimally-invasive RF technology for simultaneous subdermal adipose remodeling and skin tightening, InMode offers a comprehensive portfolio of products for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.--Position Summary:The Territory Manager--is responsible for generating revenue and executing our sales methods in their designated geographical area. TM's responsibilities include presenting our products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.--The successful candidate enjoys and thrives in an EXTREMELY fast-paced, on the go, work environment, can juggle multiple time sensitive processes at once and possess a can-do, what-more-can-I-learn, how-can-I-help attitude.--Duties and Responsibilities:1.--Generate sales leads principally by cold calling on dermatologists or plastic surgeons (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons) as well as other physicians in the Territory.2. Maintain and manage a substantial lead pipeline while meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.3.--Present our products and services to prospective customers; Act as a point of contact for all potential customers and identify needs and recommend product solutions.4.--Identify local business opportunities and challenges5.--Develop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company' clinical specialists and partner personnel within the Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.6.--Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services7.--Cross-sell products, when appropriate8.--Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotas.9.--Achieve minimum sales quota requirements as established by the Company10.--Satisfy all the Company's Customer Care and Finance requirements as established; responsible for learning (training provided) set processes and updating the CRM system (SFDC) in a timely and accurate manner.11.--Provide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Regional Sales Director regarding status of each lead and sales opportunity in pipeline through the CRM database.12.--Attend and promote workshops and support programs for the Territory in conjunction with the other sales managers, marketing, and clinical departments of the Company; Provide needed sales support at all sales events.13.--Maintain a high level of understanding of the applications and performance of the Company's products.--Frequent travel within your territory, and occasionally outside of, is a requirement of this role. ----Minimum Qualifications:--------------Bachelor's degree or greater- required--------------Minimum of 2+ year's work experience in a field sales role; Resilient with a proven track record--------------Exceptional organization skills--------------Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette--------------Ability to adapt quickly--------------Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines and work well under pressure--------------Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels--------------Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint--------------Strong team player a must--------------Ability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends occasionally as needed.--------------Experience with CRM tools; SalesForce- highly preferred--------------Medical device or laser experience- a plus
