As a Research Manager at Collage, you will join our research team dedicated to helping companies win in markets where an understanding of culture makes all the difference. This is a multi-functional role where you will work in one or more areas, including conducting primary, survey-based market research for a marquee clients, managing market research studies from end-to-end, and helping translate data into clear, actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle including survey design, programming, fielding, data collection and processing, and analysis
Conduct consumer market research surveys to uncover key insights that will shape the way our clients activate these consumer segments
Execute strategic consulting work to address our members' toughest business questions, from identifying the size of the market opportunity to understanding the competition to developing overall brand strategy
Pull relevant data from Collage Group's secondary resources and query databases to create reports, using SQL, R, and other database query tools
Develop and implement new data tools and models to improve market opportunity assessment, performance measurement, and sales projections
Perform in-depth data analysis such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to surface insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients
Communicate data findings, provide insights, and make recommendations to clients via various modes of communication, including PowerPoint presentations and written reports
Help build "storytelling" insights gleaned from data and research findings
Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts
Contribute to project scoping and proposal development by laying out research and analysis methodologies and approaches
Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar position
A Bachelor's degree (required) in Statistics, Business, or Data Analytics (preferred)
Strong academic performance with a top tier undergraduate degree
Strong project management, planning, problem solving and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects
Self-starter attitude and desire to continuously improve with the ability to implement new solutions
Intellectually curious with a passion for data and professional growth
An attraction to our culture and interest in the seismic cultural changes in America
Ability to engage and build relationships with senior level professionals
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent writer and creator of PowerPoints
Interest in marketing and culture
Entrepreneurial spirit, hard worker and great attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond for client base, the business, and colleagues wherever needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Are fluent in more than one language, especially Spanish
Like to tinker with programming languages (R, Python, etc.)
Experience with Segmentation & B2B industries
Can beat the CEO in ping pong (but don't tell him!)
