For more information, visit Responsibilities This position provides leadership and owns overall operation performance and nationwide execution of field operational based projects and activities to ensure the proper results for company owned stores and franchise locations. The operation team members are aligned with internal departments, strategic partners and Franchisee's ensuring for a smooth and delightful in shops process and guarantee high stores performance as well as stores compliance. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for driving achievement of defined targets including Insurance/Fleet metrics, EBITDA, and overall system sales. In addition to leading the traditional Operations functions, this role will develop and motivate their teams and drive continued process improvement. Importantly, this leader will leverage a metrics-driven approach to support effective decision making and drive growth within the brand. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for all operational aspects of the brand and is expected to grow the business in terms of EBITDA, sales and achieve the brand KPI targets. They will help design and oversee an operation team responsible for financial and operation performance, brand compliance and Franchisee sales & profitability.

  • Build and lead an operation team that is scaled and well-positioned to support growth and the company's business objectives.--
  • Develop and implement an operation platform, centered on process, technologies, and people. Engage concepts of continuous improvement (execute, evaluate, adjust) fostering execution excellence as a way of working.
  • Work collaboratively with Development team to achieve Net Unit Growth (NUG) target by adding new locations and fostering franchise retention protocols to mitigate at-risk locations.--
  • Set mechanisms and metrics for tracking and achieving customer satisfaction and execution results by a data driven environment to identify opportunities, gaps to plan and areas of improvement.
  • Organize a cadence of regular touchpoints with franchisees and stores managers to drive performance, profitability & sales growth in the shops.
  • Provide the right support to shops to ensure a proper sales ramp up and sales growth year over year
  • Support Driven Compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with Franchise Services team to develop and maintain an optimal Learning Management Platform, driving desired Franchise adoption and levels of engagement.--
  • Work collaboratively with peers to define and implement cross-functional projects that are aligned with the company's operational strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and empower staff to be accountable and respected, significant contributors, and competent decision makers.
  • Lead by example, using a performance-based culture that celebrates meritocracy, fun, integrity, and execution excellence. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management. Prior multi-unit, regional and/or business consulting experience preferred.
    • Proven track record of success managing a brand, regions and team with direct P&L and operational responsibility.
    • Strong financial acumen and proven ability to analyzed P&Ls and KPIs as the basis to formulate regional level action plans.
    • Process-oriented with the ability to structure action plans and cadence; leveraged by the Field team to hit their targets.
    • Experience within Auto Glass industry
    • Experience working with insurances in the Auto Glass claims process
    • The Director of Operations must play both a strategic and tactical role, demonstrating an ownership mentality.
    • Direct experience in a company that has grown primarily through geographic expansion, both organically and through acquisition would be ideal, and this key leader should have a track record of success integrating brands and new Franchisees.
    • Experience in new store integration and managing at risk triage and exit strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
