Job Duties and Responsibilities
Review various commercial agreements and negotiate such agreements
with company's suppliers and contractors, to ensure they maximize
value for the company and reflect company policies and best
Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts, including
terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and

Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate

Knowledge of terms and conditions in commercial contracts;
familiarity with commercial contract law and principles; skilled at

with suppliers/contractors and business associates to include all

At least 2-4 years of experience in a related area. Previous
experience in corporate setting with experience reviewing and
negotiating contracts preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in area of specialty or equivalent experience
Good understanding and extensive experience of contract
administration processes and procedures from preparation to close
out of contracts
