Are you ready to help us make the future? Lead, direct and set the strategy for the product marketing activities for activities in emerging technology. This includes development in more electric architectures, alternate fuels, disruptive power solutions and other solutions for future AC architectures. Full P&L responsibilities for $200 Million to $300 Million product line. You will own the end to end product lines and will be accountable for product profitability and product planning which includes new product, service and business model innovations. This position will contribute to STRAP / AOP development and optimize investment plans. You will be required to partner with Engineering, ISC and Sales to develop and manage product roadmaps. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product / service portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. -- Lead team of Product Managers responsible for emerging technologies (e.g. future aircraft architectures, sustainable power solutions) -- Create roadmap of technology priorities and market needs -- Lead ideation to build pipeline of new technology development (BTI's and NPI's) for Power Systems -- Lead VOC with current and developing OEM's/ technology partners to understand technology needs and current offerings -- Identify partnering, public/ private investment opportunities and other creative means to fund development of disruptive solutions -- Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customer's next best alternative -- Develop robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs -- Lead sales campaigns focused on aftermarket growth and whitespace capture along with Retrofit, Modifications and Upgrades (RMUs) -- Cross functional collaboration to significantly reduce product cost YOU MUST HAVE -- Bachelors' degree -- 5+ years of experience in developing new technology offerings -- Minimum 10 years' experience in business / program management -- Due to export control restrictions, must be a US Citizen WE VALUE -- Bachelors' degree in Engineering or Business. Masters' Degree preferred. -- Sales / Business Development including contracting experience -- Quickly identifies patterns among problems & issues, leveraging financial data and complex business models -- Extensive experience in product or strategic marketing, specifically for new technology offerings in nascent markets -- Entrepreneurial operating systems and behaviors -- Experience in creating or developing a startup or new business -- Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills -- Extensive experience and knowledge with energy efficient products, services and markets. -- Experience in managing a diverse team across multiple functions -- Thriving in ambiguous environment EPS92021 Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
