Job Description:
I am in the process of finding someone to replace my role in
Paint for a Cure. I am the founder / CEO and currently losing my
ability to speak. Each day continues to get harder for me but would
like to continue with Paint for a Cure Organization. Below are the
traits I am looking for.
1. Looking for an entrepreneur / CEO someone able to make all
decisions and run the Non Profit Organization. Able to take the
lead role without having to be directed, you need to be the leader
and take the initiative to see the company grow.
2. To hire others and put the right people in place to see the
organization grow.
3. Preferred to hire someone experienced in working with charitable
organizations and or event planning type roles. Having some
background in PR, Social media and or Fundraising would be a
plus.
4. Able to be creative for upcoming events, giveaways and fund
raisers.
