Job Description:

This role requires an adaptive, innovative and analytical mindset with the ability to visualize, conceptualize and drive the WillScot Mobile Mini Total Reward vision. This role is responsible for the strategy and oversight of the Company's compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll functions. This role will enhance the Company's positioning as the industry employer of choice and will attract and retain candidates from outside the industry by managing a total rewards philosophy, identifying gaps and modifying existing programs and systems to meet competitive needs while supporting Company objectives. As a thought leader, subject matter expert, we'll look to this role to balance principles and pragmatism, and help drive positive change across the company through collaboration with stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: ---Designs, develops and implements equitable, standardized, competitive and cost effective total reward programs that comply with legal requirements and are adaptable to align with short and long-term business goals and objectives
---Drive analytical rigor and deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs; establish and drive key metrics including usage, engagement, and cost analyses
---Lead and guide a team of Total Rewards professionals, challenging the current state and continue to build, merge and respond to future needs--
---Drive the strategic direction and roadmap for the HR Systems portfolio to ensure the technology best supports and aligns with the business objectives
---Collaborate with leadership across the business as well as the internal HR Team to establish clear and concise programs to ensure successful retention, succession planning, and advancement of future leaders--
---Design, implement, execute and administer Company-wide compensation programs, including an overall salary structure (grading/banding); sales commission, annual and long-term incentive programs, retention programs and executive compensation programs
---Manage execution and administration of Company-wide health and welfare programs, including group medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability and voluntary benefit programs, as well as savings programs including 401k and deferred compensation plans.
---Partner with internal team members and benefits consultants and brokers to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings, plan design, plan renewals and expansion of benefits offerings.
---Developing and administering communication campaigns to improve employee utilization of rewards and perceived value of the Total Rewards offerings
---Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure benefit and compensation programs are compliant with federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to accurate reporting, disclosure, record keeping and proper payroll deductions required by the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, HIPAA, IRS, DOL and state regulations, FMLA and state leave laws, and federal and state wage-and-hour laws.
---Partner with Finance to ensure adequate estimates, forecasts, and calculations for budget planning and tracking relating to compensation and benefits programs.
---Provides oversight in the analyses and interpretation of state and federal legislation and regulatory agency guidelines governing total reward programs
---Enhance communication and education strategy for applicants and team members about compensation and benefit plan offerings
---Lead Total Rewards and HRIS initiatives through organizational change including mergers & acquisitions EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience as head of Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Systems) for a publically traded, global company
  • Ability to connect total rewards actions with business needs; can communicate compensation and benefits concepts to all audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Finance Field.
