Job Description:
OVERVIEW: Our client is looking to add a dynamic Senior Creative
Manager, UI/UX (REMOTE) to their technology team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive all activities from end to end experience relative to
digital platforms or products from concept to implementation while
ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality of deliverables. Must
adhere to allocated timelines and program increments.* Align with
key stakeholders to understand initiatives and requests; work with
product owners and directors to understand business objectives,
scope, and requirements.* Establish conceptual approaches,
implement UX/UI best practices and strategies, maintain creative
consistency and quality across agile teams, analyze information
from qualitative and quantitative user feedback to recommend
iterating creative for further testing to meet KPIs.* Hire, mentor,
coach and oversee staff; establish and monitor appropriate employee
performance objectives; prepare and present employee performance
reviews; implement mentoring and coaching plans, or disciplinary
action, where appropriate.* Perform other duties as assigned or
apparent.* SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages team of creatives
(UX/UI designers and writers).REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, English, communications, advertising, journalism or
equivalent creative education * Seven (7) years of experience with
creative firm, advertising agency and/or in-house creative team.
(UX/UI background).* An online portfolio or samples of launched
digital website or application transformation.* Effective
leadership skills, experience directing and managing others.*
Results-oriented strategic thinking to influence user experience
decisions within a product or platform.* Strong problem-solving
skills; ability to conceptualize, quickly develop solutions, and
implement action plans.* Possess a deep understanding of
user-centered research and design, copywriting, product development
and content strategy with core strengths in brand, design and
content strategy.* Expertise in developing and using brand
guidelines, corporate identity & design systems, UX/UI best
practices; ability to create concepts and copy that deliver on
creative briefs and align to business goals.* Strong interpersonal,
oral and written communication skills and the ability to present
creative concepts.* Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin,
Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar* Ability to manage self and team
to goals and deadline.* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple
projects and meet tight deadlines
