Purpose of Job
Guides and facilitates teams in the development and
implementation of key initiatives. Performs complex work
assignments and problem resolution. Leads and manages programs and
planning activities to achieve strategic business goals and
operational objectives. Proactively manages the development of new
or developing programs. Defines multiple program strategies based
on business demand and ROI expectations.

* Identifies potential program opportunities to deliver
integrated solutions that meet multiple business partner needs. *
Directs analyses, root cause identification and development and
recommendation of key work products. * Applies advanced knowledge
of the business, its products and processes and integrates
potential services to achieve business goals. Negotiates
agreements, settles disputes equitably and diffuses high tension
situations. * Defines and maintains multi-million dollar high risk
program strategies based on business demand and ROI expectations. *
Negotiates program tradeoffs with IT and the business as the

Mentors Program Managers in developing business strategies,

* Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related
experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu
of a degree. * 6 or more year's project and/or program
management experience (including experience defining a new program)
or relevant business experience. * Advanced experience in
Principles of Project/Program or Portfolio Management.

* 2+ years Property and Casualty experience, or 1+ years
P&C Underwriting experience * 1+ year experience in
Operational Planning * Experience leading programs within an Agile
environment * Expert level communication skills, to include
interactions with senior level executives
