Director of Compliance

Cavco Industries, Inc. ("Cavco") is seeking a Director of
Compliance that will be responsible for assisting the Chief
Compliance Officer in advancing Cavco's overall corporate
compliance efforts. The position will be a compliance professional
who can provide
advice and support to the following business units: Manufacturing;
Retail; Corporate Safety, Finance; Payroll; Human Resources;
Benefits; Internal Audit; Information Technology; Mortgage/Lending;
Insurance; and Legal.
The Cavco Legal and Compliance Department is responsible for
protecting the company from regulatory and reputational risk as
well as being an ambassador of the company's corporate compliance
culture. The department does this through a collaborative
with the business units by providing thoughtful and timely advice.
In addition, the Legal and Compliance Department conducts
monitoring and assists with training activities that prevent,
detect and mitigate regulatory as well as reputational risk. The
monitoring and training activities provide the framework to support
Cavco's business strategy and objectives while maintaining a high
standard of integrity.
Cavco's Compliance team is responsible for ensuring that monitoring
and training activities to prevent, detect, and mitigate regulatory
and reputational risk are adopted and implemented in an
ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate all compliance efforts globally throughout Cavco.
Support successful development and implementation of policies and
procedures, promote consistency across the organization and
facilitate escalation and resolution of compliance and related

company's enterprise risk and ensure alignment with organizational

the business to comprehend the level of corporate risk and how it
should be managed.
--- Support IT initiatives, including cybersecurity and

procedures and present on compliance related topics of interest to

on compliance related policies and procedures.
--- Spot issues, analyze compliance exception trends and recommend
remedial actions to Senior Leadership.

development, accuracy and completeness of compliance policies and

Education and Experience:
--- 8-10 years of experience as a compliance and risk professional
supporting a diverse internal client group in a large corporate
environment, preferably with a publicly traded company, with a
demonstrated record of excellence.
--- Bachelor's degree required.
--- Graduate degree preferred
--- Demonstrates personal ethics and integrity.
--- A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated,
and able to work effectively with little supervision.
--- Sound judgment and the ability to learn quickly in a
fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
--- Strategic thinker with demonstrated strong qualitative and

Compliance and Risk Management related software and solutions.

locations and businesses.
--- Demonstrated ability to influence others effectively,
particularly at the executive level.
--- Ability to identify and drive positive, necessary, and
sustainable change within a large organization.
--- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
--- Takes initiative, accepts accountability, and has a "can do"
attitude with a sense of urgency.
