Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company?s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company?s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

This Operational Risk Consultant 3 role will report to the Supplier Management team within the Supply Chain Management and Third Party COE group. and will facilitate execution functions and provide for consistent third party risk processes, practices, and execution functions. Specifically, this individual will execute Third Party Service Provider policies within TRIMS. ??

The role will be responsible for supporting the Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) team to drive optimal risk and delivery related outcomes. A more deliberate, centralized third party risk approach will improve effectiveness of third party risk activities. By centralizing both our internal third party risk administrative activities, further integrating with SCM processes and utilizing our new method of external data collection, significant efficiencies can be gained while improving our risk posture.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

--- ?Be a part of a highly skilled team of Supplier Management professionals to align and execute enterprise risk strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve enterprise-wide business objectives
--- ?Supports Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supply Chain Management life cycle activities and identifies new risks as business requirements evolve
--- Applies risk-oriented expertise for TPRM program requirements to the management of the Third Party Service Provider (TPSP) engagement & relationship records within TRIMS
--- Ensures that TPRM program requirements are executed timely and accurately within TRIMS, including, but not limited to completing and recertifying Internal Risk Questionnaires (IRQs) and completing risk assessments.
--- Acts as a Primary Engagement Manager Delegate (PEMD) and Primary Relationship Manager Delegate (PRMD) with responsibility for managing a portfolio of third party service provider engagements & relationships in compliance with the Third Party policy
--- Be accountable to the Team manager within Supplier Management for the timely execution of critical activities performed within this function
--- Supports the strategy and negotiations of high visibility, complex supplier agreements to maximize value and minimize risk exposure
--- Contributes and provides feedback for Supplier Management policies, processes, strategy, and/or enterprise program recommendations
--- Collaborates with Lines of Business partners to proactively help them better understand and manage their third party risk portfolio
--- Leverage tools and processes to optimize risk efficiencies and measure supplier performance
--- May participates in supplier management strategy development, process disciplines, and implementation of management systems used to achieve desired results
--- Supports governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
--- Proactively maintains current understanding of various industry and supplier management best practices, and risk benchmarks

Required Qualifications

--- 2+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both
--- 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: additional compliance, additional operational risk management, IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field
--- 1+ year of vendor management experience

--- Experience developing well-defined plans for problem resolution from preliminary or ambiguous information
--- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
--- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Other Desired Qualifications

--- Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo?s Third Party Information Management Systems (TRIMS) database / RSA Archer
--- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including financial analysis abilities?
--- Line of business experience with: WFT, Corporate Staff, WIM/Wholesale, or CLG/PVSI/Community Banking?
