material into the crushing and screening plant. Manage stockpiles
to maintain proper segregation of different rock types and sizes.
Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine pre-shift and
post-shift inspections of your assigned equipment. Identify and
report any mechanical problems or maintenance needs to the foreman.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and MSHA (Mine Safety and
Health Administration) safety regulations and procedures.
Participate in safety meetings and promote a safe working
environment for yourself and your team. Teamwork: Work
collaboratively with the plant foreman and other crew members to
ensure smooth and efficient operations. Communicate effectively to
coordinate tasks and maintain a productive workflow. Site Cleanup:
Assist with general site preparation and cleanup, ensuring a clean
and organized work area around the plant and stockpiles. Physical
Demands Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat,
cold, and rain. Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
This position is ideal for experienced heavy equipment operators
who are also dedicated team players. If you are a reliable,
safety-focused individual with experience operating front-end
loaders and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of our
portable rock crushing operations, we encourage you to apply. This
role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment and be an essential part of a traveling crew.
Requirements A highly skilled and experienced Operator to expertly
operate and maintain heavy quarry equipment, contribute to plant
efficiency, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Qualifications &
Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of
experience operating heavy equipment, with a focus on front-end
loaders. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures (MSHA).
Rock crushing experience is a must. Strong communication and
teamwork skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including
