Job Description:

Building Engineer IV to ensure the highest level of facility
maintenance and operational performance. This role is pivotal in
maintaining the integrity and functionality of our building
systems, specializing in advanced HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
solutions that align with our commitment to excellence in
hospitality services. The Building Engineer IV will oversee complex
maintenance projects, provide technical leadership to a team of
engineers, and ensure compliance with all safety and building
codes. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of building
management systems, innovative problem-solving skills, and the
ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic
environment. Direct and oversee the installation, maintenance,
operation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within
the property. Manage preventive maintenance and urgent repair
procedures. Conduct regular system assessments and analyses to
identify necessary upgrades or replacements. Collaborate with
facility management to ensure all systems are in compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations. Train and mentor junior
engineers and maintenance staff. Lead sustainability initiatives
and implement energy-saving measures. Handle emergency maintenance
requests promptly and efficiently. Document all operational
activities and maintenance actions accurately. Expert knowledge in
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical
abilities. Proficient in using building management software and
automated systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
