Labor Management is seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics
to join our team. As an HVAC Sheet Metal mechanic, you will work
independently and as part of a team to ensure all work meets the
highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities of a
Sheet Metal Mechanic: · Read blueprints, drawings, and
specifications to determine the necessary amount of material
required to complete projects. · Measure and cut material. ·
Operate all equipment necessary to complete projects including
milling machines, saws, drills, etc. · Inspect and maintain
material quality. · Document and submit work orders as necessary. ·
Work as a team with other employees to complete projects safely and
efficiently. · Maintain a clean work area and perform regular
housekeeping. · Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a Sheet Metal Mechanic: · Minimum of 5 years of
experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic · Strong knowledge of
plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics. · Proficiency with
hand and power tools. · Excellent troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. ·
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy
objects and working in various environments. · Valid driver’s
