This role blends technical project leadership with estimating and client coordination responsibilities, guiding structural work from early scope development through final documentation and delivery. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this position plays a central role in managing engineering workflows, coordinating with design professionals and contractors, and ensuring construction documents are accurate and buildable. Projects include new construction, structural remodels, tenant improvements, and evaluations of existing buildings. The ideal candidate brings experience in structural engineering environments and is comfortable balancing technical collaboration with client-facing communication.
