Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm (Monday – Friday) 2nd Shift: 2:30pm –
11:00pm (Monday – Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled
Soldering Technician to join our electromechanical assembly team,
specializing in the aerospace industry. This hands-on role involves
diagnosing, repairing, and assembling mechanical and electronic
components, with a strong emphasis on soldering and interpreting
technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to grow

Responsibilities: · Diagnose, repair, and rebuild mechanical and
electronic systems and components. · Perform precision soldering
and assembly work on circuit boards and control panels. · Utilize
diagnostic tools and trade-specific equipment. · Read and interpret
technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
· Support R&D efforts by reviewing new manuals and
participating in training. · Maintain tools, equipment, and
inventory in the shop. · Mentor and assist in training new
technicians. · Conduct in-process and final inspections in
compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. Required
Skills & Qualifications: · Proficient in soldering and electronic
assembly. · Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident. · Skilled in
using measuring instruments and standard hand tools. · Ability to
interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. · Basic
understanding of motors, pneumatic valves, and lighting systems. ·
Experience with circuit board repair and wiring. · Competent in
Microsoft Word and Excel. · Strong English communication skills
(reading, writing, and comprehension) Job Type & Location This is a
Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr.
