- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and
subcontractors to ensure timely and successful completion of
projects.
- Assist in the management of construction schedules, budgets,
and resources.
- Review and coordinate project plans, specifications, and
submittals.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and
company quality standards.
- Provide technical support and assist in problem-solving on the
project site.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders,
ensuring project objectives are met.
- Participate in the procurement of materials and coordination of
logistics.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure
adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in construction project engineering, with a
preference for candidates with experience in Healthcare,
Hospitality, Warehouse, Office, Government, Residential,
Multifamily, Sports, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Parking, Mission
Critical, Retail, Municipal, Corrections, Education, or High-Rise
projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, methods, and
project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or
similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a
fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry
