will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects on the Military
Fixed Wing (MFW) team, which supports the F124 and F125 Turbofan Engines product families. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams
to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you'll work out
of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.--Key Responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to learn and develop your skills in engineering design, project management,--and problem-solving. You will assist in project planning, coordination, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.-- You will have an impact the success of our projects by ensuring timely delivery, managing project risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.--

  • Manage and execute engineering projects within the Military Fixed Wing (MFW) team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement
    mitigation strategies
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
    throughout the project lifecycle
  • Learn and apply engineering ethics and best practicesU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
    • Strong desire to learn, grow, improve skills and be a part
      of a teamWE VALUE
      • Show application of aerospace, mechanical or related course
        study work and techniques
      • Internship, academic project or co-op experience in an engineering role is of value.
      • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
