  program specific performance within Honeywell APU Control Systems group. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to implement
  product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology
  roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.A successful Project Engineer will apply their engineering experience, project engineering--behaviors, and constant learning to serve as the single point of--accountability--for engineering work scope and execution.Key Responsibilities
  • ------ Drive Product / System Development activities across APU control systems, control components, ECUs, electronic controllers, etc
  • ------ Partner with engineering teams to implement Product Development strategies, define technology roadmaps and drive improvements for new product introduction (NPI) and existing product lines
  • ------ Create, support and enhance specific action plans
  • ------ Schedule and Milestone development/management.
  • ------ Estimation development and analysis
  • ------ Cost development, Budget analysis
  • ------ Risk/OPP development and management
  • ------ Project Performance
  • ------ Customer relationships
  • Work with Honeywell's requirement development tools and processes including DOORS and ClearCase/ClearQuestYOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
    • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or--have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.WE VALUE
      • ------ Experience in support of systems development, systems engineering, product development, assembly and/or fabrication processes
      • ------ Transferrable Project Engineering/Program management skills
      • ------ Understand technology and tools (i.e. DOORS, ClearCase/ClearQuest, etc)
      • ------ Enhance customer relationships
      • ------ Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
