The Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) Operations Technician
III is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and
maintaining the Metro Ethernet Network. This role is a Hybrid
position. Team members are required come in at least one day per
week, however that is at the discretion of the manager and the
business unit. You may be asked/required to come into the office
for trainings, meetings, and other significant functions. The team
is 24/7 and requires shift work, any significant schedule changes
would be coordinated at least 2 weeks prior.The Main

anticipated base salary range for this position based on current

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant
factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives
or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible
