Serves as Resident Engineer in a construction field office.
Supervises field and office technicians by providing engineering
and technical direction in the administration of multiple and
highly complex construction projects. Work involves engineering
analysis, highway or structures design, traffic engineering,
maintenance, and construction. Represents the agency before the
public and other agencies, consultants, and contractors.
