• Proactively analyze data using the Quantum Metric platform to inform data driven improvements to digital experiences and surface defects and opportunities for digital product enhancements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Quantum Metric to solve business problems and effectively execute on digital strategy
• Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to give real-time visibility to the performance of digital platforms.
• Develop pre-emptive monitoring, application log analysis, automated alerts, Key Risk Indicator dashboards, system health reports and automated system recovery.
• Utilize performance monitoring tools to analyze issues, report on system stability and performance, configure thresholds and alerts where needed.
• Train to enable other team members to be self-sufficient using Quantum Metrics
• Expert level knowledge of product capabilities & configuration options to leverage the Quantum Metric platform to surface actionable insights
• Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile is a plus
• JavaScript development experience
• Solid understanding of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and best practices for UX/UI
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions
• Experience with browser developer tools to test scripts & diagnose issues
• Familiarity with the page load lifecycle & techniques for performance optimization
• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 - 5 years IT experience working in multiple system environments.
• Quantum Metric certification within business or admin paths is highly desired.
