Our Campus was one of the first to introduce the concept of continuing care and improve the quality of retirement living in North Central Phoenix. We are currently looking for an IT Help Desk Engineer who is looking for a unique opportunity supporting our residents within their homes and our staff across the Campus with IT related concerns and projects. The successful candidate will enjoy taking on challenges and finding resolutions. The candidate will have the benefit of working in a supportive environment with a great benefits program! Main Position Responsibilities: - Windows desktop and server support - End user support - New user setups - New computer builds - Office moves - Virus and malware cleanup - Basic virtualization platform troubleshooting & support - Process Development and Documentation - Continue knowledge development of relevant technologies and software as appropriate Requirements:
Required Education: - High School Diploma (or equivalent) - Certifications in the related field Qualifications for Position: - Previous experience working in an IT support role - Must be able to demonstrate technical and troubleshooting experience through our testing process - Strong organizational skills - Strong customer service skills - Strong presentation skills - Must be able to lift 40 lbs - Ability to multi-task - Great attention to detail - Critical Thinker - Strong oral and written communication skills PI186944771
