Job Description:

The College of Nursing is seeking a tenure or non-tenure track faculty appointment for a 12- month, full-time, community health/population-based nursing position for its BSN program. This position is for the College s Phoenix campus. The candidate must have experience in community settings. Responsibilities include the teaching/supervision of undergraduate students in community-based settings, curriculum development, and academic advising.

Other faculty responsibilities include those associated with service and scholarship commensurate with the College of Nursing and university expectations.

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least a master s degree in nursing and 2 years of clinical nursing experience in community-based nursing. An earned doctorate or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in classroom and simulation instruction and clinical supervision. The candidate must have a current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of Arizona, or eligibility for licensure.
