Responsibilities include: Lead and assist prospective students through friendly informative phone and zoom conversations and engagement. Curiosity and a natural desire to stay current with relevant marketing activities and business operations related to sponsored education. Participate in applicant interviews with a white-glove admissions process for companies that value and support employee funding for our degree programs. Willingness to jump in on value-added opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate: Creativity, a positive can-do attitude, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to function effectively as a team member are vital. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster relationships and build rapport, both internally and externally. Strong project management/organizational skills with attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands. Commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Authorization to work in the U.S.; physical residence in the U.S. Bachelor---s degree required; MBA or other graduate-level degree is a plus Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Able to cultivate relationships and build rapport with high-achieving academic and professional applicants Availability for training and development during daytime hours (Eastern Time) Ability to work flexible hours which could include some weekend work Quiet remote work setting with professional background Preferred Qualifications: Comfort and experience with a multicultural client base or work environment MBA A consultative sales mindset Experience working in a high-performance standard, driven, and team-oriented environment Self-starter; growth and results-oriented Five years or more prior experience in the business world and familiarity with business concepts and terms Demonstrated proficiency with Airtable, HelpScout, Google Suite, CRM processes Required Computer Hardware: Dual Core 2Ghz or higher (i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent) 8 GB RAM or more Latest macOS X or Windows 10 Working video and audio capability If interested, please submit your resume and cover letter for review.
