Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a leading global financial services firm
based in Boston, MA, seeks a dedicated Client Support Specialist to
join our dynamic Customer Service & Support team. The role focuses
on providing exceptional client service and support for our diverse
range of financial products, including retirement planning and
brokerage services. This position involves direct communication
with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an
outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will uphold the
high standards of Fidelity's client service while constantly
seeking ways to improve client satisfaction. Address and resolve
client inquiries regarding our financial products and services.
Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and
troubleshooting. Provide information and guidance on investment
products and services offered by Fidelity. Work closely with other
team members and departments to streamline client service
processes. Maintain detailed records of client interactions,
transactions, and feedback. Participate in ongoing training to
enhance knowledge of financial products and client service
techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability
to understand and explain financial products High level of
professionalism and customer service skills Proficiency in CRM and
industry-related software Problem-solving and analytical skills
