We're looking for a Service & Compliance Specialist to join us in the office. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring policies remain active, clients are onboarded seamlessly, and compliance standards are met with accuracy and care. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed Positive attitude with a professional and client-focused approach
