Learn more about who we are at honorcontractingaz.com Key Responsibilities Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and deliver to job sites Visit active job sites to check progress, take photos, and upload updates and reports to our internal software Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Perform general construction and repair tasks as needed including: demo and site prep, minor plumbing and electrical work, touch-up and finish work (paint, drywall patching, minor trim) Meet with trades and subcontractors to discuss scope of work Assist project managers and supervisors with daily field needs Qualifications Required: Must be at least 18 years old Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Will start and end each day at the Peoria-based office. Able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions Dependable, self-managed, and punctual Team-oriented with a positive, humble attitude Comfortable using tools and following instructions Committed to Honor Contracting’s core values Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in construction or general labor Familiarity with tools and job site safety practices Comfort with mobile apps or reporting software Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($18–$20/hour, based on experience) Bi-weekly pay cycle Full-time, consistent work schedule On-the-job training and mentorship Opportunity for advancement and trade certification support Strong team culture grounded in purpose and accountability Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional Saturday work Overtime may be required based on project needs Location Based in Peoria, AZ, with travel Valley-wide for material runs and job site visits Will start and end each day at the Peoria, AZ based office.
