This role oversees daily maintenance operations, leads a skilled technical team, and ensures equipment, utilities, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance. Job Details Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Site Location: Payson, Utah Work Schedule: Full-time | Day shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Weekly Pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Opportunities for long-term stability and growth Why You’ll Love This Job Leadership role with direct impact on facility safety and operational efficiency Stable, full-time position in a regulated manufacturing environment Opportunity to drive process improvements and best maintenance practices Hands-on work with modern equipment and utility systems Duties & Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure safe, high-quality performance Ensure strict compliance with cGMP and FDA guidelines during all maintenance activities Train maintenance staff on SOPs to promote consistency and safety Oversee completion and documentation of Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PPMS) Supervise purified water plant operations and provide operational support Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair histories, and equipment status logs Manage parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement of supplies Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance projects Complete and submit change control documentation for equipment modifications and updates Qualifications & Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and facility systems Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and perform physical tasks Basic math, computer proficiency, and strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and housekeeping standards Preferred Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field Experience working in cGMP or FDA-regulated environments Experience with utility systems or purified water plants About Our Client’s Company This organization is a well-established manufacturer committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
