We are hiring for Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Perform mechanical work such as painting, patching holes in drywall, hanging pictures, whiteboards, or TVs. Conduct electrical work including changing outlets, switches, and lights. Carry out plumbing tasks such as fixing leaking sinks or faucets. Identify HVAC issues and alert appropriate personnel. Manage and verify the work of outside vendors. Respond to work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and log information using an iPad or iPhone. Essential Skills 5 year of facility maintenance experience in multifamily, apartments, hotels, industrial, residential, or commercial settings. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including changing filters. Strong teamwork skills. Competence in using computers, iPads, or iPhones for work order management. Shift and Pay Monday-Friday (10AM to 6:30pm) $22-30/hour Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
