Senior Project Accountant - Real Estate firm with $1B in assets

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are a
commercial real estate company that manages, develops and invests
in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial real
estate. We have developed over 20 million square feet of projects
with a value of more than $1.2 billion across the Southwest. If you
are a Project Accountant with 3 years working for either a RE
Developer or a General Contractor, please continue to read on and

active ownership and management. 15 million square feet of
commercial projects with a value of more than $1.18 billion have
been designed, developed and constructed. There is room to grow and

amount of time. Job Details Is your background a fit? Apply if you
meet this criteria: 3-4 years of Project Accounting background
(ideally within real estate but not required) Good understanding of
Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects,
AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.) Yardi software
experience is highly sought after (but not required) Having
exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required
