POSITION PROFILEThis position is responsible for supporting the
marketing team with day-to-day support and project coordination.
Working with other team members and internal groups, this person
ensures all interlocks around campaigns and other marketing
initiatives are in sync, helps to prepare professional, executive
presentations, gathers information from various groups to create a
holistic summary for the team, and helps ensure projects are on
track within the team. Exceptional communication and presentation
skills are a must.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead execution of the approval
process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative
assets - Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to
develop the most effective communication assets - Provide support
for social/community content to ensure alignment with broader
brand/product strategy. - Assist in overall reporting and
presentation of marketing and campaign initiatives. - Plan, design,
and develop effective presentations for internal and external use -
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing
campaigns and materials are in compliance. - Manage organization of
strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas
- Track all campaigns and major marketing initiatives to ensure
project is on track, and that all post campaign reporting is
delivered and summarized for director and VP review. - Report on
health of the sales pipeline to proactively engage with portfolio
marketing on any gaps or shortfalls - Ensure communication is
happening between all applicable teams around marketing strategy
and campaigns - Liaison between internal stakeholders, marketing
team, and external stakeholders to gather information, communicate
information, and ensure overall communication flow - Enhances
product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions. -
Supports marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help
optimize revenue. - Provides feedback and recommendations for
campaign modifications based on customer interactions and data.
Reporting on weekly results, activity milestones both qualitative
and quantitative. - Has knowledge of, and complies with, Ricoh
business processes and procedures. Recommends changes when
appropriate. - Ability to research accounts, identify key players,
generate interest, and stimulate business development. - Ability to
develop customer specific communications that will resonate with
contacts. - Scheduling discovery calls and demonstration events for
sales reps. - Following up on outbound email and webinar campaigns
and providing detailed feedback on the success of each campaign to
leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) - BA/BS
preferred or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of B2B marketing
experience. - Proficient in Powerpoint and able to create
professional, executive presentations. - Experience with digital
marketing and graphic design preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Possesses excellent written and
verbal communication skills and ability to problem-solve. -
Possesses excellent prioritization and organization skills and
ability to multitask. - Creative, out-of-the-box thinker - Ability
to effectively communicate with both external and internal
customers and stakeholders. - Possess knowledge around executive
summaries and presentation development/creation.
