Job DescriptionSalary: MARKETING INTERN JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Title: Creative Marketing InternReports to: Brand & Communications Manager Status: Part–Time (10-20 hours per week)Compensation: Credit hoursCOMPANY INFORMATION:North&Co. is a local residential real estate brokerage whose home-office is located in the heart of Arcadia, one of Central Phoenix's hottest neighborhoods. North&Co., has approximately 225 licensed agents, who primarily work inside the boundaries of Maricopa County. The company is known for its local, grass-roots, boutique operation that exclusively supports full-time, productive, specialized and professional sales agents and teams. POSITION SUMMARY:The goal of this position is to best assist the North&Co. office, and its sales agents, with company branding and agent marketing assistance. This person will report to our Brand & Communications Manager and will assist and actively engage in all aspects of the tangible and digital marketing platforms utilized by the brokerage. The position is part-time for academic-credit and must be completed on-site at our Phoenix-Thomas Office. There are a variety of operational, administrative, and creative responsibilities within the Branding Department at North&Co. There are two main functions of the Creative Marketing Intern; first they will assist in the strategic brainstorming, creative design, and hands-on marketing assistance with our sales agents and teams. This aspect of the role will be more creative in nature. They will be the point of contact for all social media & design requests and questions by North&Co. agents (which may take them in the field or in a studio setting to assist agents with developing print and digital marketing collateral). The second function of the Creative Marketing Intern is to help maintain current recurring administrative duties and help project manage any new marketing initiatives of the Branding Department. This aspect of the role will require someone with strong organizational skills and a detailed eye. The Creative Marketing Intern will be guided by an established workflow and will follow a process and procedure checklist. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weekly reporting to Marketing Coordinator
• One-on-one marketing assistance to agents
• Tracking inventory of North&Co. collateral and marketing materials
  • Extensive understanding of social media strategies and goals
  • Respond to reviews across multiple platforms (Yelp, Google, etc.)
  • Schedule agent headshots; assist with headshot sessions
  • Attend events to acquire social media contentQUALIFICATIONS:Skills & Abilities:

      • Ideal candidate is a full time college student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Graphic DesignPhysical Requirements:
        • Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
        • Requires ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
