Job Description Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing communications and organizing critical documents. This position requires excellent organizational skills and proficiency in administrative tools and software. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, offering assistance and directing inquiries as needed. • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records. • Manage both paper and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents. • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. • Scan and organize documents using Adobe Acrobat and other tools. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create, edit, and manage documents and communications. • Support reception duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment. • Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.• Proven experience in administrative support roles. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for document management. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Experience with filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Knowledge of mail processing and general office operations.
