Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience required. Strong computer, communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. High energy, process orientation, and superior multi-tasking capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 4-7 years of HR experience preferred in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to a business unit or functional area, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. Acts as a liaison between departments/divisions, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers. May require moderate direction and guidance from HR Director in daily activities. Provide employee relations support for functional groups supporting. Requires in-depth knowledge of employment legislation including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc. Responsible for implementing Human Resource programs and working with management to adhere to policies and procedures. Provides training as required. Assist with organizational assessment and related recruitment and staffing requirements. Coach managers on effective and legal interviewing practices. Manage compensation related issues including pay increases and salary offers. Support employees by answering basic benefits questions related to health, welfare & retirement.
